These terms govern the use of the InnovateHub platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to the following provisions.
InnovateHub provides a digital platform for the development, hosting, and management of online projects. The offered features include, among others, collaborative development environments, API gateways, monitoring tools, and scalable storage solutions. The exact scope of services is determined by the respective booked tariff.
You undertake to use the platform only for lawful purposes. In particular, it is prohibited to use harmful software, malware, or scripts to circumvent security mechanisms. You are responsible for the security of your access data and must inform us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We are only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The platform availability is 99.5% on an annual average; maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance.
The contract runs for an indefinite period and can be terminated by either party with a notice period of 14 days to the end of the month. In the event of a breach of essential obligations, we reserve the right to immediately block access. Amounts already paid for the current billing period will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time. We will inform you of significant changes by email or by a notice on the platform at least four weeks before they take effect. If you do not object within this period, the new terms will be deemed accepted.
